All data, applications and other materials (collectively, “Materials”) provided through the Website are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by Washington State University (“WSU”). The User shall not alter, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the Materials in any way. You may not seek to reverse engineer the models or methods used on this site.
Accurate input by user is critical:
You are responsible to provide accurate and complete information in using this program. Washington State University will not review or correct any erroneous information you input while using this program. In particular, selection of the appropriate weather station for your location is critical to the usefulness and accuracy of the program’s recommendations.
You assume all risk, and acknowledge this program is supplied “AS IS”
The models, data, software, and information on the WSU-DAS website are provided AS IS. Washington State University (WSU) makes NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO ANY USER OR TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE MODELS, DATA, AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS ON THE DAS WEBSITE. The user agrees to release WSU and that WSU will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damage the user may incur when using the program or due to use of this website, even if WSU or its employees have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
A user is defined as a person making crop management decisions that uses DAS. Each user must have their own account and must not share that account with others, even if they are in the same company and use the same stations. Only 4 devices will be allowed per user, so that a desktop, laptop, tablet and cell phone would be covered for each user. Sharing of the account login, passwords and the information generated by WSU-DAS is specifically not allowed and an account can be cancelled without refund if multiple people use the same account. If you need to change one of your allowed devices (for example if you buy a new phone), please contact us and we can reset your account. With your yearly subscription, each station have access to all available tree fruit models, historic data, the DAS Sprayguide, model notifications and all future upgrades to the DAS software.
